how long have you been in Playa de Carmen Cameron 2017 visiting a friend come in for a couple of weeks the first trip and then I fell in love with the place and I just kept coming back and in 2020 I decided to retire so I retire so you that you've you've upped and moved your new fee is no longer your home no I had a automotive service center in Newfoundland for 22 years and 10-year stint in the Army. I've seen ER w b 23 days and finally one evening she came over and actually she went and bought a pizza and came back and offered me a piece of pizza and I was no thanks I'm full so she turn they're going to leave a friend of mine so don't come and join us so I just got engaged to her and my mother's 90th birthday this when I went home and wanted to get that ASAC 90th birthday party was just up there you seem he dragged her up there but the family and then pop the question she loved loved Newfoundland love people my family. alright so let's let's move on let's talk about the freaky Tiki I'm sitting here I got the menu in front of me and like I said we we came here early cuz we wanted to eat some lunch
myself Javi and the staff we all had Burgers I had my regular burger and you know I like a classic with you're going to say it I'm going to say yeah yeah now you can make whatever fill your boots so let's move on so there's a lot of great things on this menu we did have some guacamole we had some calamari
people seeing you I saw this in my eyes I got to put my uniform back on
do you want me to read this is like a grill restaurant OK Google you off better like what do you want with you say that represent I mean it's a grill or easily but what do you think will win the thing that represents your place where people come here to enjoy themselves and the food is very reasonable price we don't charge heavy and it's a rule of thumb that we make sure no one goes away hungry so we serve a lot of food for a good price yes my like my burger and I like that the price that came with it we ever the burrito is one of our bigger so I just went and picked up a 25-250 burritos and that'll last me a week oh wow yeah that we haven't do we have burritos
I like your pescado coming across wasn't cooking enough in the oven cuz I I had to rebuild the oven cuz I'll break for broken when I got here so I went and got a lava bricks which they hold the heat longer yes and you don't have to use so much profane to keep a constant about people were complaining that the pizza was cooking but the cross wasn't so what we do now is will put the pizza on The Griddle and cook the crosstown The Griddle you get the flavor from the great London to put the pizza in the oven on and the cross is good and piece of Cokes well-liked secret Maple Burger now you can get it anywhere in town in any Burger Shop really there was no Canadian maple Burger in Playa del Carmen since then we started within three or four months everybody serve in the Canadian maple Burger now

Lover lover yes so he stayed Friday thank you but it's different here in the states is not as tender is here from what I heard now this is not I don't know if it's a hundred percent but someone told me that they marinated in Orange Peel or before it's packed and that's what makes it a Newfoundland I like move to me last night you killed was 600 lb dressed just me so that'll last me and my family my mother and my friends a year or two
wow every Sunday is my tradition to get up and have a diagnosed with mushrooms onions and peppers and I tried some mariachi or beef on Sunday cuz it it tastes just like most people really. I didn't know it's delicious a moose on the other hand is constantly she call you to get two zones of cooking you got 10 minutes or 4 hours so if you go past it 10-minute window it's like eating a rubber boot it's so tough the fattest on The Oaks of the meat is not in the meat itself so then you got to go get for 4 hours and then it's delicious and goes to the favorite things that taste is unbelievable
Microsoft my personal opinion okay and then we have also fajita pasta how do you say bus in English or to Cheney alfredo we had the seafood macaroni and cheese and like it's really delicious lot of people a lot of people like it either when I said we had to add guacamole and we had some calamari always good at the same way too

how long you been in this place is running the place I took it over on the 6th of March started at 6 of March and year last year yes I have it wasn't real busy but this year's it's looking like it's going to be very busy continental breakfast is there a continental breakfast for the hotel yes and the hotel rooms are pretty booked up this month actually better than the last year it just shows that everybody is getting out and going on vacation and the World's opening up again in a great spot you are right in there to reach the area we are right between 5th Avenue and 10th Avenue so it's really that sounds like 5 minutes 7 minutes or 10 minutes from the beach and you got a little Paradise here inside the gates
I can see it I can see it. I mean I've been living with my first time thank you and I'm realizing about that. Sometimes you getting to this dismal place that they you don't know the history behind them and certainly they are the small Paradise in there have a nice you have a nice and there's even a hotel here comes here they can eat breakfast here yes sir they can eat breakfast are going to eat lunch you said that you open up at 7:30 in the morning at 7 a.m. to do continent vowels place where do hot breakfast and then transfers over around 11 11-30 then you have theirs right that right now you have x-rite
well I'm dinner lunch well that's basically two men you starts to the lunch menu starts and continues through the rest of the day and you close at 11:11 but we butyou O2 sat around 10:30 10:45 cuz it hotel we got to respect Hotel till you can't sleep.
